Edwina is a 500 E-RYT with over 1000+ hours of certified Yoga Teacher Training. Educated in the lineages of Samkhya philosophy & Hatha Yoga with emphasis in Devotional Tantra and the Alchemy of Energy Management. As a former ballet dancer, Edwina found the Art of Yoga quenched her thirst for deep unitive consciousness within mind, body and Soul. Edwina has a long history of studying closely and extensively under many teachers and has completed over 1000 hours of intensive study with long standing teachers Brenna Geehan and Jean Mazzei & The Sri Yoga module trainings. Edwina leads specialized workshops, mentorship retreats, and facilitates 200hr and 300hr teacher training programs. Her studies include Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre & Post Natal Yoga and uniquely tailored lessons focusing on Energy Management, Advanced Pranayama, spiritual teachings and ethical codes, and the Alchemical practices of Devotional Tantra. Edwina is also a Yoga Tune Up® Licensed Certified Teacher taught under the tutelage of Louis Jackson and Casey Easton. She is a long standing member and practitioner of the Metaphysical Services of Enlightenment located in Burligame, Ca. Edwina is also a 'Soul Harmony Practitioner' of REIKI I & II under the Usui Holy Fire system and currently offers her deep healing work remotely and in-person. As a mission member of the Himalayan Institute she continues her understanding of Tantra as a life style and integral practice in today’s current world. Edwina is also a dedicated student of the 'Healing Cultures' local center, facilitated by her dear teacher Toni Cupal, who offers curative practices of Yoga, Ritual, Meditation & Healing in deep profound ways. Edwina participates weekly in her Light Work with 'Stellar Tribe', who are an expanded group of beings from all over the world committed to providing inspiration and support for the awakening of humanity as spiritual beings having a human experience.
